What is your return policy?
Sage and Smiles sprinkles so much love into the creation of our products, therefore we kindly do not accept returns. If you don't feel our product is 100 percent for you, please share the love by gifting to a friend or someone you love.
Can I cancel my order?
Once an order is processed, unfortunately we cannot cancel or modify your order for you.
What if I order the wrong size?
- We accept exchanges for wrong sizing and will happily replace for the right size.
- To receive an exchange- Items must be in original condition; have not been worn, altered or washed with original tags on.
- The shipping cost of the return will be handled by the customer.
- All exchanges must be shipped back within 7 days of exchange request.
- Please hold on to your tracking number as lost or missing packages are not our responsibility.
What if there is a problem with my order?
